Riley and Elmer's pups arrived very late on October 13, 2021. There are 9 beautiful, healthy babies ranging from lovely dark-light red coats. Riley is a terrific mama, and diligently cares for her furry crew. She doesn't like to be away from them for even 5 minutes!

These chubby fur babies have grown like crazy, and they are just irresistible! Their little eyes and ears are now opening, so their little world is ever expanding with the sights and sounds of what is going on around them.

11.9.21 Pupdate- Tumbling, growling, playing!
Riley’s puppies are walking and tumbling around, and are now very aware of the world around them. We are working to introduce them to many different noises and sounds, and (of course!) they are snuggled and held on a daily basis. As they grow, their socialization training will increase with many new environments, surfaces, and experiences.

The transition from the 3 week to the 4 week mark always amazes us! Although we have been raising litters for over a decade, we still cannot believe the difference just one week makes and it never gets old. What fun we've had the past few days of nice weather here in Central Michigan! the pups have been able to play outdoors with us every day, and experience their first golf cart rides around the property! On not so nice days, they play indoors in our office/living room. They tumble all over one another, growl at unfamiliar noises, and are carrying things around in their mouths!

Riley and Elmer's beautiful litter is now 8 weeks old, and we are busily preparing to adopt them out to their new homes and families. These 9 babies are full of life, fun playful energy, and plenty of snuggles. They are ready for anything that comes their way! We will miss each of them around here, but we will be excited to share the joy that they bring with their new families! They absolutely love the snow.
